CryptArchi Web Site: A Collaborative Web Site for Hardware Security

| Long since, data and system security was only addressed by computer
science literature. A lot of courses like cryptography, network
security, computer virology permit to computer science students to
obtain strong knowledge for security. The situation is quite different
for electrical engineering students! Actually, the recent coming of
data and system security in the large domain of electronic is parallel
to the rise of embedded system (wireless and connected systems).
Today, security is not restricted to smart card domain. So, it is
necessary to give electrical engineering students a strong formation
in the hardware / software security domain.
According to the last CryptArchi workshop, we think that such
formation needs a large spectre of knowledge. All these knowledge
fields are really hard to master by only one teacher. To help teachers
in proposing interesting and efficient courses, we propose a
collaborative web site permitting teachers to share documents like
course presentations, lab documentations, tutorials, etc, focusing on
hardware security. |
