Émilie Samuel

Introduction

Since October 2007, I am a Ph.D. candidate at the Laboratoire Hubert Curien, Saint-Étienne, France. I am a member of the Machine Learning research team, within the Département Informatique et Image (Computer Science and Image Processing Department).

I am working on image representation by graphs, graph matching and graph alignements costs, within the framework of the SATTIC project funded by the Agence Nationale de la Recherche (Research National Agency).

I am also a member of the EU PASCAL Network.


In July 2007, I got my Master Degree in Computer Science, speciality: Web Intelligence, from the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques, University of Saint-Étienne, France.
My Master thesis was in the field of bibliometrics, more precisely about the evaluation of scientific journals. For more information, please go to the projects' page.
