Průhonice

The workshop will take place in the Floret hotel close to Průhonice castle, near Prague, in Czech republic.
	The small city of Průhonice is famous and very well known for its castle with an old chapel and the extensive park which is attractive with its decorative woods and flowers. One of Europe's largest arboretums.
This exceptional English-style landscaped park covering 250 hectares was added in 2010 to the UNESCO World Heritage list.

The conference will take place in the Congress and Educational Centre Floret, adjacent to the park.

Floret Education and Information Center offers clients quality hotel accommodation, excellent czech and international cuisine in a pleasant restaurant, use of swimming pool, sauna and relaxation center, private parking and WI-FI coverage on site.

How to reach it

Pruhonice castle is about 40 km from the Vaclav Havel international airport in Prague. You can reach it very easily by public transports or by taxi (about 50 EUR).

The trip using public transports will take slightly more than one hour and cost 40 Czech crowns (Kc), about 1.60 EUR (you need to validate your ticket in the bus, no other validation is needed during your trip (the ticket is valid for 2 hours). You can buy the ticket in machines, which are in the Arrivals hall (see picture on the right).
In the menu of the left machine (the biggest one), you should select submenu "Prague + suburbs, Full priced" and then a 5 zones ticket for 40 crowns. You can buy two tickets to be independent and to be able to come any time back to the airport.
If there are too many people at machines, you can go to the Kiosk (10 m from machines) and buy your ticket there, but usually they have only a limited amount of tickets over there. Once you got the tickets you are ready to travel :-). Take the bus 119 in front of Terminal 2 of the airport and take it to its terminal station ('Nadrazi Veleslavin'), which is a Metro A stop. Take the metro (direction 'Depo Hostivar') until the 'Museum' station. Then take Metro C (direction 'Haje') until the 'Opatov' station, from which you will take bus 385 to the Pruhonice castle.

If you arrive by car, there is a free parking for guests.

For late arrivals, the reception is non-top.

Accommodation

The conference room includes hardware/software equipment necessary for presentations (video projector, PC...) and a WiFi Internet access.
The meals (full board including coffee breaks) and accommodation are included in the registration fee.

All workshop participants will be accommodated on the spot. A sufficient number of single and shared rooms will be available.
